AUDIT

In some cases our services are requested by the audit committee of the client's board of directors, chief executive or chief financial officer. The objective is often to have us complete a "risk management audit" which can be likened to a health examination. The audit provides management with an independent and objective assessment of the client's current method of managing risk.

MODIFY

At other times the objective of the work may be to examine the feasibility and practicability of employing alternatives to existing or traditional insurance purchasing or perhaps examine whether the risk management infrastructure, such as claims management and safety and loss prevention, should be modified.

DESIGN

Other work includes the design or complete redesign of a client's insurance and risk management program. The process usually includes the development of specifications which are reviewed with client management in an effort to make sure that all issues have been addressed. The specifications actually serve as a foundation for the completion of an orderly and effective competitive bidding process.

CUSTOMIZE

The hallmark of our practice has always been that every client study or situation must be considered as unique. Clients do benefit from our experience in addressing the needs of clients in similar industries, but while two clients situations may seem the same, this is rarely the case. This is why we complete a detailed analysis of statistical and other information during the course of a study and interview individuals within pertinent areas of the organization. We believe it is absolutely critical that we have a clear and unbiased understanding of the situations which need to be addressed.
